    The emperor of red wines, this dark, full bodied red is best aged for several months.  It is worth waiting for.  Its oak and tannic character lends itself to seasoned flavorful red meat dishes.

Clean and crisp Italian wine with a light bite to entice the palate.  Excellent when served young.

A classic French wine with unique and complex undertones of herbs and spices.  An exceptional dinner wine with stews, casseroles and well seasoned poultry dishes.

Dry with a subtle fruity aftertaste, it is one of the most distinctive of all German wines with slightly less acidity than traditional Rieslings.
